I still stick to my opinion that while it's a bummer that the original tracks couldn't be used, the replacement music isn't half bad. There are several tracks that either don't fit the action, or sound too similar (which is an inherent flaw of the BT2/BT3/RB1 music in the first place.) I've always been a little OCD when it comes to music in video games so I find it very hard to ignore the change. If they'd chosen instead to remix or make slightly remastered cover versions of the songs to avoid any legal trouble then I'de definitely be more in favour of it.
