The RX started out showing 76.6 uV w/ quality of 0.0%, BER of 0.0E-00.
After removing the AES from the Orban processor it read 76.6uV but a quality varying between 50-60% but I don't recall the BER. The manual only notes Harris's # and a description of PS001. There are no generic numbers visible on the PS. Anyone ever saw a PS problem that affected the RX decode quality? There was no other indication that the PS was bad until the RX failed to come back on following a 6 mile ride to the studio. I think you're on your own. Harris did the same with their Aurora series of 5.8 MHz link equipment, wanting more than the units cost just to check them out. You should be able to buy another power supply if you can figure out what the original is supposed to be putting out. The size seems to be an industry standard. I think I had to research one for the Aurora. Buy some Ubiquity equipment to replace it.
