I've done some investigation and concluded that if I unplug one cable from the control module, the problem stops (LED display works, electricity doesn't goes off). The cable is in the module on the right, first from the right (the narrow one). However, I don't know what this connection is responsible for and I am wondering if this is something which also could be soldered to be fixed.

Maybe a little bit of transparent gel in the problematic circuit which should be normal (although that's the only place on the PCB where I see it). Otherwise all good - would it mean that the PCB is simply broken and should be replaced? I tried to find a service manual to find out what this circuit is responsible for. It's practically impossible to find but I found one from a similar dishwasher which makes me suppose that it's from a reed switch informing about lack of salt. Therefore I'll give it a try and see if the dishwasher works.
