True enough, there is a ton of Flash stuff out there. However, Flash has fallen from favor somewhat due to security issues. Not to defend Samsung too much, but even our friends at Google plan to start blocking most Flash content with Chrome, with the change targeted toward the end of this year. For the short term, Chrome will display a prompt offering to enable Flash, but by the end of next year, it's HTML5 or nothing for Chrome. Microsoft's Edge already pause Flash content until you click on the content.
